This executables (example: igswd.exe), were not in kernel directory (640 version). What I did was, first I downloaded the igs file for kernel 720 (which are 16 files) and then I put them in kernel directory, after that I tried to start the system but unfortunately the same error appeared!

Right click on the gray icon and choose "Developper trace" to get a few logs.

and... BW 3.10 has been out of support in a long while... it is time to upgrade it.

I´m facing with an error everytime I start our BW system in igswd.exe process... it stopped!
